The Brand Story Session

Workshop

The workshop that finds the story.

The upstream piece. A working session that locates the story from within your brand: who you are, why you exist, what you stand for, and how that story should be told. Delivered as a workshop with the founder, the marketing lead, and whoever else holds the brand voice. The deliverable is a defined Brand Story that the rest of the method builds on. Can be commissioned as a standalone.

Story Architecture

Engagement

The system that turns one story into many.

The downstream piece. Story Architecture is the process by which the Story Library is built. The Story Library is a defined set of customer-facing stories built around your products and services. Each story is mapped to a customer avatar, the avatar's enemy, and the transformation your brand provides. This is what you use for years to connect with your customers across every production you commission. Can be sold standalone for brands who already have a clear Brand Story.

Production runs through the Qissa project management framework. Pre-production, shoot, post. Built from the Story Library where one exists, or against a defined brief where one does not. Qissa delivers in-house, or directs and passes to a trusted production partner where the project calls for it. The work that ships is the work that was agreed.

QUESTIONS

Things people ask before getting in touch.

Do I have to start at Tier 0 or Tier 1?

No. Clients enter at the tier that suits them. If you already have a clear Brand Story, you can start at Story Architecture. If you have both, you can come straight to Production. The Scorecard exists to help you work out where you actually are.

We already have a brand strategy. Do we still need any of this?

Bring it in. The work is not about starting from scratch. It is about checking whether the strategy you have is actually expressed in the work you produce. Most of the time, there is a gap. That is what we are there to find and close.

How does pricing work?

Each tier is scoped to what you need. The first conversation is always about understanding what you are trying to build before any numbers are discussed. We share pricing once we know enough about the project to give you a real answer rather than a placeholder.

What is the difference between the Brand Story Session and Story Architecture?

The Session finds the story. Architecture turns it into a system. One is the upstream piece, a workshop with the deliverable of a defined Brand Story. The other is the downstream process that produces the Story Library. Most brands need both, but they can be commissioned separately.

Can Qissa work as a white label partner for our agency?

Do you work outside London?

Yes. Strategy and architecture work is done remotely. Production is wherever the project requires. We have worked across the UK and internationally. Location is not a constraint.
