CASE STUDY: FULL PRODUCTION PARTNERSHIP

Not just 15 videos.
A content ecosystem.

A man with short hair and a beard, wearing a black shirt, sitting at a desk with a silver MacBook laptop in front of him against a blue wall.
A man sitting at a desk with an open notebook and laptop, gesturing with his hands, in front of a bookshelf and a window with blue lighting.

Nine patient identities. A storytelling framework. A story bank that never runs out.

SHOOT DAY

1

A premium clinic with a 5-star reputation. And no way to say so at scale.

L'OSTEO is a premium osteopathy clinic at Manchester Square, Marylebone. Founded by Hachim, it carries a 5-star reputation across 800+ reviews, exceptional expertise, a beautiful location, and a loyal client base.

The social presence was not keeping pace. And a Dubai expansion was imminent. The problem was not the quality of the work - that was undeniable. The problem was having no system for saying the right things to the right people, consistently and at scale.

Qissa was brought in to build that system from the ground up.

2

Four problems. One brief.

No Content System

Posting without a strategic framework. No consistency, no audience precision. Content that looked good but was not doing a specific job for a specific person.

Visual Identity Gap

The content was not reflecting the premium positioning of the Marylebone clinic. The quality of the space and the quality of the output were not aligned.

Multi-Audience Problem

Multiple distinct demographics each needing a different voice and message. A burnt-out executive and a competitive BJJ athlete are not the same person and cannot be spoken to the same way.

Two-City Launch

London and Dubai needed to launch simultaneously with identical brand quality. One shoot day had to do the work of two cities.

3

Before a single script was written, the framework was built.

1

The Hero

The patient - a specific person with a specific situation and internal fear. Not a demographic. A person.

L’OSTEO EXAMPLES

The burnt-out professional. The BJJ athlete. The executive whose body is slipping. The parent who just wants their life back.

2

The Conflict

External pain paired with internal belief — what they feel physically and what they secretly fear it means about them.

L’OSTEO EXAMPLES

External: back pain, hip tightness, shoulder impingement. Internal: "I'm getting old." "My body is failing me." "I don't know what's wrong."

3

The Enemy

Not the pain itself, the system that perpetuates it. The villain is never the patient's body. It is what the industry has been telling them.

L’OSTEO EXAMPLES

Quick-fix culture. Generic plans. Symptom chasing. Endless appointments. Patients kept in the dark about their own body.

4

The Guide

L'OSTEO is not the hero of the story. The patient is. L'OSTEO is the expert who equips the patient to win.

L’OSTEO EXAMPLES

Education-first osteopathy. A clear roadmap. Hands-on root-cause treatment. Strength-based rehab. Patient autonomy as the goal.

5

The Resolution

The transformation, not just pain relief, but a restored identity. The patient becomes who they were before the injury took over.

L’OSTEO EXAMPLES

Pain-free movement. Training consistency. Autonomy. Confidence. Better sleep, energy, quality of life. "I'm back."

4

The 15 scripts were the first draw. The framework keeps producing.

The nine avatars are not a content list. They are the entry point to a story bank, a structured matrix of narrative components that, once built, generates an inexhaustible bank of story ideas.

Layer 01

Avatar Layer

9 patient identities, each with a distinct emotional profile, situation, and version of transformation.

Layer 02

Situation Layer

8 triggering situations — from desk posture collapse and morning stiffness to pre-competition injury and stress body shutdown.

Layer 03

Problem Layer

External physical problems paired with internal fears — identity, confidence, clarity, and control.

Layer 04

Enemy Layer

7 systemic villains: quick-fix culture, generic plans, misdiagnosis, endless appointments, rest-and-hope culture.

Layer 05

Emotional Driver Layer

7 core drivers — fear of losing progress, desire for control, pride in performance, longing for clarity, training for life.

Layer 06

Hook and CTA Layer

Pre-built hooks for every emotional trigger. 8 CTAs spanning direct booking, empowerment, performance, philosophy, and identity.

Most brands run out of content ideas within weeks. L'OSTEO now holds a permanent strategic asset. A story bank that compounds in value with every shoot that follows.

5

15 scripts. 9 avatar tracks. One day.

LIGHTING DESIGN

Cinematic Setup

Ambient and practical lighting shaped specifically for the L'OSTEO space. The visual quality needed to match the premium positioning of the Marylebone clinic.

ON-CAMERA DELIVERY

15 Scripts, One Day

Teleprompter-assisted delivery across 9 avatar tracks. Every script locked before the shoot. No decisions left to the day — only execution.

CAMERA SETUP

Dual-Camera Rig

Two-angle configuration. Editorial quality that a single-camera setup cannot match. Every script captured with the coverage needed for flexible editing.

FINAL OUTPUT

A Replicable System

Same setup, same quality — ready to run again for every future shoot. The production day was designed to be repeatable, not one-off.

6

One system.
Two cities.
Nine voices.

Content deployed immediately across L'OSTEO's platforms, consistent visual identity, premium positioning, demographic precision.

The same production launched Dubai simultaneously. The brand landed there looking like it had always been present.

And the longer-term result is the one that matters most: L'OSTEO now holds a content infrastructure that compounds with every shoot that follows. The 15 scripts were the beginning of the strategy, not the sum of it.

1

Pain-Free Movement

Return to living and training without restriction.

3

Training Consistency

No more stop-start cycles from recurring injury.

2

Patient Autonomy

Understand the body. Prevent injury. No dependency.

4

Identity Restored

"My body is failing me" becomes "I'm back."

"Qissa didn't just produce content for us. They built us a system we'll be drawing on for years. The thinking behind it was unlike anything we'd seen from a production partner before."
